Employment Requirements

Minimum age : 18 years old
High school diploma or GED (Some position may require higher education)
Valid driver's license with less than 2 points.
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening and reference checks.
Commitment to person-centered values, respect and dignity.

Training and Orientation

DDA mandated trainings (CPR/ First Aid, Mandt, Abuse and Neglect, Fundamental Rights, Choking and dysphasia, Quality Assurance and HIPAA)
Person-Centered Planning and Thinking.
Cultural Competency
On the job shadowing.
Community integration
Transferring and Transportation (Wheelchair)
