Leadership
Folashade Dipe is a compassionate leader with a strong commitment to advancing quality care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over a decade of experience in human services and community-based program management, she brings a deep understanding of person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and team development. Her vision for Supreme Support System is rooted in dignity, empowerment, and inclusive community support.
Noel D. Okai, Jr. is the Chief Operating Officer of Supreme Support System Inc., bringing more than 23 years of dedicated experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). He holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, combining clinical insight with proven operational expertise.
In his role as COO, Noel oversees daily operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values. His leadership is driven by a clear vision: to design and sustain systems that deliver compassionate, innovative, and person-centered care. Guided by the company’s motto, “Innovative minds impacting lives,” Noel remains committed to advancing healthcare solutions that not only empower individuals but also strengthen the communities they are a part of.
